Новата сграда на “NOVA BROADCASTING GROUP” е емблематичен и мащабен проект както за медийната група „United Group” и NOVA TV, така и в сферата на строителството в страната. НОВА Телевизия е първата частна такава със собствена сграда в България, която е проектирана изцяло с цел да се удовлетворят нуждите на телевизията за broadcasting на високо ниво, добра функционалност на сградата и бъдещо развитие. Този проект събира всички телевизии, радиа и медии, част от портфолиото на групата, заедно с администрацията и управлението в един мегакомплекс за broadcasting от ново поколение. The new building of "NOVA BROADCASTING GROUP" is an emblematic and large-scale project both for the media group "United Group" and NOVA TV, and in the field of construction in the country. NOVA Television is the first private television with its own building in Bulgaria, designed entirely with the aim of satisfying the television's needs for high-level broadcasting, good functionality of the building, and future development. This project brings together all televisions, radios, and media, part of the group's portfolio, along with administration and management in one new generation broadcasting megacomplex.

Сградата е развита на 7 етажа и разполага с едно подземно ниво. Общата разгъната застроена площ с подземното ниво е 24 637 м2, а разгънатата застроена площ над терена е 17 460 м2. The building is developed on 7 floors and has one underground level. The total gross building area with the underground level is 24,637 sq.m., and the gross building area above ground is 17,460 sq.m.

Сградата е изключително сложна във функционално и инсталационно отношение проект. Разпределенията по етажите са различни, отчитайки специфичната й функция и изискванията на инвеститора. The building is an extremely complex project functionally and in terms of installations. The layouts on the floors are different, taking into account its specific function and the investor's requirements.
