Конструкцията на сградите е изпълнена от сглобяеми стоманобетонни елементи с покривен изолационен пакет с послоен монтаж. Ограждащите елементи са от термоизолационни панели за хоризонтален монтаж с пълнеж от минерална вата с дебелина 15 см и облицовка от ламарина в цветове съгласно проекта, върху стоманена подконструкция и цокълни стени от стоманобетонови трислойни бетонни панели. Фасадното остъкляване е изпълнено с окачена фасадна система. Настилката в склада и техническите помещения е шлайфана бетонова, импрегнирана срещу проникването на масла и вредни агенти. The structure of the buildings is executed from prefabricated reinforced concrete elements with a roof insulation package with layered installation. The enclosing elements are made of thermal insulation panels for horizontal installation with a mineral wool filling with a thickness of 15 cm and sheet metal cladding in colors according to the project, on a steel substructure and plinth walls of reinforced three-layer concrete panels. The facade glazing is executed with a suspended facade system. The flooring in the warehouse and technical rooms is polished concrete, impregnated against the penetration of oils and harmful agents.

Сградите са с РЗП 41 152.74 кв.м и 32 258.94 кв.м. Договорът за строителство е обвързан със сертификация по BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method). При изпълнението на Договора са приложени всички изисквания за постигането на критериите за BREEAM сертифициране. The buildings have a total built-up area of 41,152.74 sq.m and 32,258.94 sq.m. The construction contract is tied to BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) certification. During the execution of the Contract, all requirements for achieving the BREEAM certification criteria were applied.
